Josiah Sifuentes is a husband, father, and Northern Colorado resident with a passion for serving families during some of life's most challenging transitions.

With more than three years of experience in the senior care industry, Josiah has dedicated his career to helping families navigate the complex and often overwhelming process of finding the right care for their loved ones. Prior to joining Harmony Senior Referrals NoCo, he worked within an assisted living community, overseeing hiring and staffing, which gave him valuable firsthand insight into the inner workings of senior care and the challenges families face when evaluating their options.

Josiah's connection to this work is deeply personal. Harmony Senior Referrals NoCo was founded after his wife's grandfather experienced firsthand the confusion, frustration, and lack of guidance that often accompany the search for assisted living. After struggling to find quality care for his wife, he became determined to create a better experience for other families. That vision became Harmony Senior Referrals NoCo.

Today, Josiah carries that mission forward by providing compassionate, personalized guidance to families throughout Northern Colorado. His goal is simple: to help families make informed decisions, find the right care solutions, and move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
